Criminal Record Expunctions

People who have received criminal charges in North Carolina often look to having their criminal records expunged for school admission or employment. A clean record can be important in all avenues of life.

There are two types of expunctions in North Carolina – those for people who are convicted of a criminal misdemeanor while under 18 years of age and those for people who were arrested or charged with a crime that was later dismissed, or the person was found not guilty or not responsible by a court of law. To be eligible for an expunction under the latter, the person must not have had any prior expunctions or felony convictions.

At Rech Law, P.C., we can help you if you have a charge or conviction on your criminal record that you would be interested in having expunged. Call Rech Law, P.C. today to come in for a free expunction consultation.
