I am still in the midst of litigation for my custody case and currently still working with Rech Law. I originally retained Mihai due to our consultation going incredibly well and his great work knowledge and experience in custody. What is sole custody?
Sole custody means one parent has the primary responsibility for the child's upbringing. This parent makes key decisions regarding the child's welfare, education, and health. What if a parent violates the custody order?
