Raised in Sibiu, Romania until the age of seven, a Greensboro, North Carolina native since, Attorney Salagean attended Appalachian State University graduating with a Political Science major and Criminal Justice minor. After, he went on to attend law school at Campbell University School of Law in Raleigh, North Carolina. During law school he focused his studies on advance negotiations and trial advocacy. While in law school, he was granted the opportunity to participate in a semester long externship at the Department of State in Washington, D.C. During this time, he perfected his skills in diplomacy and advocacy. Using these skills, Attorney Salagean began his career with a local criminal defense firm here in town. There, he was able to come in touch with many individuals who also needed help with regard to their domestic dispute matters. It was at this point that Attorney Salagean found his true and passion for family law.
Having found his calling, Attorney Salagean moved on to join an established family law firm here in Charlotte. While there, Attorney Salagean assisted the firm’s senior partner in a variety of family law cases which involved all aspects of family law disputes. Attorney Salagean now uses these skills to represent his clients at Rech Law through the toughest times of their lives.
In his free time, you can find Attorney Salagean out and about exploring Charlotte with his girlfriend, Maddie. He enjoys traveling around the world, exploring different European cultures. During his down time, you can find him working on his Land Cruiser and taking it off-roading. In the winter months, you can find him participating in adaptive ski clinics where he helps teach injured Veterans the art of skiing.
Practice Philosophy
Attorney Salagean understands that his clients are going through the most difficult time of their lives. For this reason, he provides practical and knowledgeable responses to all of his clients in a timely matter. Taking this same approach, Attorney Salagean strives to get to know all of his client’s cases on a personal level. Doing so allows him to provide his clients with the best representation, whether it be a “simple” divorce or a contested trial.
