My parents are from the Dominican Republic, but I was born and raised in Long Island, New York. My mother decided to move to Charlotte in 2003 and I've lived here ever since. I began my legal career in 2015 as a front desk receptionist in a family law office, which opened my desire to become a paralegal and work in the family law field. I have a strong passion for family law, children, and keeping families together as I come from a single-family home. Laura Paralegal

My downtime consists of spending time with my family, going to church, visiting the mountains, and running after our three dogs, Layla, Milo, and Lucy. You can always find me reading a book, listening to music, taking long drives, and singing.
