About

I am a native Charlottean who graduated from Providence Day School. From an early age, I always knew that I would return to Charlotte to build a life. Licensed to practice law in North Carolina, I am an Associate Attorney in the firm's Charlotte office.

I attended Campbell University School of Law, where I graduated magna cum laude and in the top 5% of my class. While in law school, I served as the Chief Articles Editor for the Campbell Law Review and served as a research assistant to multiple professors. Outside of the classroom, I interned at the North Carolina Court of Appeals with the Honorable John M. Tyson. Additionally, I won numerous awards during my time in law school, including recognition for achieving the highest grade in my class for: Constitutional Law II, Criminal Procedure, and Wills & Trusts.

I attended The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for my undergraduate studies where I was a member of Honors Carolina, the campus’s honors college. At Chapel Hill, I studied Biology, Chemistry and History. Additionally, I was a member of the Honor Court, was involved in the Community Service branch of the Student Government Association and I was an active participant in numerous executive boards around campus.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors and I am an active member of my church. Additionally, I exercise, read military history, and root for the Tar Heels!

Practice Philosophy

I have seen how difficult divorce can be for both those who are going through it and for any children involved. As a result, it is my hope that I can make a positive difference on the lives of the individuals that come to us during what is often the most difficult time of their life. My goal is to reduce the pain and stress involved by offering not only the best representation that I can provide, but also a friendly ear for those who may need it.
