Cameron Pressley
About

I am an attorney dedicated to guiding clients through complex and emotionally challenging family law matters. My practice focuses on domestic violence, child custody, equitable distribution, child support, post-separation support, and alimony. I approach each case with diligence, empathy, and a strong commitment to achieve practical, fair, client-centered solutions.
A native of the area, I am proud to serve the community that shaped me. I earned my Juris Doctorate from Campbell University School of Law in 2024. During law school, I gained hands-on experience representing indigent clients through the Gailor Family Law Litigation Clinic, assisting individuals navigating custody disputes. I also provided pro bono assistance in matters of immigration, reinforcing my dedication to serving vulnerable and underserved communities.
While at Campbell, I was an active board member of Lambda Law, the law school's LGBTQ+ student organization, and served as an Assistant to the Dean of Academic Advisement, supporting students in their academic progress. I further strengthened my advocacy skills by competing in a rigorous international moot court competition in Scotland, alongside students from Baylor Law School at the University of St. Andrews.
Before attending law school, I graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a degree in Political Science. During college, I was an active member and student researcher with multiple environmental nonprofit organizations, contributing to beautification efforts and the development of nonprofit startups. During this time, I was also a member of Phi Alpha Delta, a professional pre-law fraternity dedicated to fostering leadership among undergrads who would pursue their Juris Doctorate.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends at Lake Tillery. I am an avid film enthusiast with a deep appreciation for philosophy, the arts, and culture - interests that inform my thoughtful, well-rounded, and practical approach to law.
