Katherine Ackerly

I serve as the Director of Operations at Rech Law, where I oversee firm operations and work closely with leadership to ensure our team is structured, supported, and positioned to deliver exceptional service to our clients across multiple offices.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal Justice from Clemson University, followed by a Master of Social Work from the University of South Carolina. I later completed my Master of Business Administration (MBA), strengthening my background in leadership, finance, and strategic management.

I joined Rech Law in 2018 and have grown with the firm over the years, serving in progressive roles from legal administrative assistant to paralegal before stepping into my current position as Director of Operations. This experience has given me a comprehensive understanding of both the client experience and the internal systems that support it.

In my role, I focus on building efficient processes, supporting our attorneys and staff, and helping the firm grow thoughtfully while maintaining a collaborative and client-centered culture.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, playing tennis, and exploring Charlotte’s restaurant scene.
